Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class or event for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before their booking without any additional fee. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a small fee. Additional Information: Please arrive on time for virtual sessions to ensure the best experience.
