Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before their booking without any additional fee. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a small fee. Additional Information: Please arrive on time for virtual sessions to ensure the best experience. For virtual classes, ensure you have the required ingredients and tools ready beforehand. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
