Return and Refund Policy for Blu Crabs Culinary Academy

Culinary Courses and Services

• In-Person Classes:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will not be refunded but may qualify for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

• Online Courses and Virtual Classes:

  • Purchases of self-paced online courses are non-refundable.

  • Live virtual classes can be rescheduled if canceled 48 hours in advance.

• Workshops and Retreats:

  • Deposits for workshops and retreats are non-refundable, but full payments can be partially refunded (50%) if cancellations are made 14 days before the start date.

• Gift Cards and Certificates:

  • All gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and can be used for any eligible course or service.

Food Services and Products

• Catering Orders:

  • Orders canceled 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total amount.

• Merchandise and Materials:

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Additional Policies:

• Blu Crabs Culinary Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or service. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or credit toward future bookings.

• Refunds for no-shows are not available.
